United Spirits Limited (USL) will participate in the 22nd UBS India Summit 2026, scheduled to be held on September 10-11, 2026, in Bengaluru, where the company will engage with analysts and institutional investors through group and one-on-one meetings. The company disclosed its participation in a regulatory filing dated August 31, 2026.
During the two-day investor conference, United Spirits is expected to interact with members of the investment community as part of the UBS India Summit. The meeting format will include both group sessions and individual meetings with institutional investors and analysts. The company noted that the schedule may be subject to changes depending on exigencies involving the company or participating investors.

United Spirits made the disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company also clarified that no unpublished price-sensitive information will be shared during its interactions at the summit.
The regulatory filing was signed by Pragya Kaul, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of United Spirits.
