These terms apply to the Alcobev India Business Directory at aabkaritimes.com/alcobev-india-directory (the Directory), published by Aabkari Times, 485 Mumfordganj, Prayagraj 211002, Uttar Pradesh (we, us). By using the Directory or paying for any of its services you agree to these terms.
The Directory is a business reference to India's alcoholic beverage industry and its suppliers. We compile it from the printed directory, public sources and information given by the companies themselves. We take care to keep it accurate, but we do not guarantee that every detail is complete, correct or current. Please check important details with the company before you rely on them.
Listings are for business use only, such as finding units and suppliers, sales, purchase and industry research. They must not be used for spam, harassment or any purpose that breaks the law.
Directory access costs ₹4,999 plus GST and shows the phone numbers and email IDs in the Directory for one year from the date of payment. Access is for the person who holds the account, who signs in with their email and a one-time code. One account may be signed in on up to two devices at a time. You must not share your account, copy the Directory in bulk, use software to scrape or download it, resell its data, or build another directory or database from it. A daily viewing limit applies to protect the data. If we find misuse, we may suspend or end the access without refund.
A paid supplier listing is published after our team checks it. We may edit it for accuracy, clarity and category, or decline it. If we decline it, we refund the full amount. You confirm that the details, logo and content you send are correct and that you have the right to use them.
Advertisements and Trusted Supplier placements are paid or partner placements chosen by Aabkari Times. They are not a rating or endorsement of quality. Please make your own checks before you buy.
The printed book costs ₹2,499 plus GST per copy, plus ₹199 courier per copy, and is delivered within India. If your copy arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will replace it.
Payments are made online through Razorpay. Prices are in Indian rupees and GST is shown separately at checkout. Give your GST number at checkout if you need a GST invoice. Payments are non-refundable except in the cases listed in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
A company can correct its listing through Update Listing after verifying its email. Corrections go live after our editors check them. Requests about personal details are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Directory, its arrangement, text, data compilation, design and logos are the property of Aabkari Times. You may not copy, republish, sell or distribute them, in print or online, without our written permission.
We are not responsible for dealings between you and any company you find through the Directory, or for loss caused by errors or gaps in the information. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned.
We may update these terms, and the version on this page applies. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
