All payments for the Alcobev India Business Directory are non-refundable, because access, listings and books are delivered or reserved for you as soon as you pay. The only exceptions are listed below.
Access starts as soon as the payment succeeds, so it cannot be cancelled or refunded, in full or in part, including for unused time.
You can cancel before our team publishes the listing, for a full refund. If we decline the listing, we refund the full amount. Once the listing is live, it is not refundable.
You can cancel before the book is dispatched, for a full refund. After dispatch, orders cannot be cancelled. A copy damaged in transit is replaced if you tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos. If the courier cannot deliver the book and it comes back to us, we refund the book price and GST, but not the courier charge.
If you were charged twice, or money was debited but the payment failed, we refund the extra or failed amount in full.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days. To ask for a cancellation or refund, write to [email protected] or use the contact form, with your email and payment reference.
