It gives us great pleasure to present the 2nd Edition of the Distilleries and Breweries Directory of India – 2026.
Our first edition, released at ALCOTECH EXPO 2022 in Lucknow, covered Uttar Pradesh alone. We promised then to return with a wider, updated edition, and the response of the industry has encouraged us to go much further. This edition now covers the whole of India.
The alcohol industry is among the most important sources of revenue for state governments and a large employer, from farmers supplying cane and grain to engineers, technicians and transporters. Through the national ethanol blending programme, distilleries also contribute to the nation's energy security, saving foreign exchange and reducing pollution.
Aabkari Times has served the excise and alcobev industry for over 17 years, and this directory continues that service. Data has been compiled with the utmost care from departmental sources and directly from the units.
