Indian alcohol distribution company Aspri Spirits has acquired Polish premium vodka brand U’Luvka Vodka for an undisclosed amount, adding the internationally recognised brand to its growing portfolio of premium and super-premium spirits. The acquisition marks a significant step in Aspri Spirits’ strategy to build a portfolio of brands with strong international appeal and long-term global growth potential.
U’Luvka Vodka was originally developed by The Brand Distillery in 2005 and is currently available in around 30 countries. Following the acquisition, the brand will leverage Aspri Spirits’ established distribution network and market expertise to expand its presence across key international and premium spirits markets.

U’Luvka is produced using Polish rye and grains and purified with aquifer water before being presented in its distinctive sculptural bottle. The brand has also received international recognition, including a Gold award at The Vodka Masters 2025, further strengthening its positioning in the premium vodka segment.
Pritish Matai, CEO of Aspri Spirits, said the acquisition represents an important step in the company’s journey to build globally admired spirits brands. He described U’Luvka as a brand with a distinctive identity, exceptional craftsmanship and significant international potential, adding that Aspri Spirits plans to guide its next phase of growth while preserving the heritage and characteristics that differentiate the vodka in the premium category.

Aspri Spirits said it will focus on expanding U’Luvka’s international footprint through strategic market expansion, stronger brand-building initiatives and continued investment in quality and innovation. The company expects the acquisition to complement its existing portfolio, which includes Dos Flamos Tequila, A Baronet Brandy and wine brands such as Born West, Bush Ballad, Golden Sparrow, Monte Pacifico and What The Fox.
The acquisition of U’Luvka further strengthens Aspri Spirits’ position in the premium and super-premium spirits segment and reflects the company’s focus on adding distinctive international brands to its portfolio while expanding their reach across global markets.
