Homegrown brewpub chain BLR Brewing Co. has opened its seventh outlet at North Star on Bellary Road, opposite the Yelahanka Traffic Police Station, expanding its presence in North Bengaluru. The new destination brings together craft beer, food, cocktails, live music and entertainment, continuing the brand’s concept inspired by the five elements of nature: Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Space.
The Yelahanka outlet features freshly brewed craft beers, an extensive food menu and a cocktail programme inspired by Bengaluru’s culture and neighbourhoods. Its culinary offerings include wood-fired sourdough pizzas, signature Benne Dosa Tacos and a selection of comfort foods designed for sharing and pairing with beverages.
