Macao: The Asia International Hotel Supplies and Catering Expo (AHSE) 2026 is set to bring together businesses and professionals from the food, beverage, hospitality, catering and related industries in Macao from November 18 to 20, 2026, at Cotai Expo, The Venetian Macao. Organised by Puissant Group (Macao) Limited, the exhibition is designed to strengthen business exchange, sourcing and cooperation across Asia’s hospitality and foodservice sectors. Macao’s official MICE calendar also lists the event as the 3rd Asia International Hotel Supplies and Catering Expo.
AHSE 2026 is being expanded through the integration of several specialised exhibitions, including the International Food & Beverage Asia Fair (FBAF), Processing & Packaging Exhibition (PROPACK), Hotel, Restaurant & Catering Exhibition (HORECA), and Asia International Agriculture and Livestock Exhibition (Agroworld). The expanded format is intended to create a broader business platform covering food and beverage production, processing, packaging, agriculture and hospitality services.
The exhibition will cover a wide range of sectors, including beverages, dairy, fine food, fresh produce, halal products, wine and spirits, snacks and confectionery, meat and poultry, seafood, bakery and pastry, coffee and tea, bar equipment, tableware, hospitality supplies, foodservice equipment and hospitality technology. This sector mix is expected to attract manufacturers, distributors, hospitality companies, importers, buyers and other industry professionals.
