Amsterdam, April 29, 2026: HEINEKEN has officially opened its new HEINEKEN Business Services India (HBS India) Centre in Hyderabad, marking an important step in the company’s global transformation and efficiency plans under its EverGreen 2030 strategy.
The new centre is part of HEINEKEN’s expanding global network of business service hubs, which already includes centres in Poland, Mexico, and Brazil. With the addition of India, the company is strengthening its presence in Asia and enhancing support for its operations worldwide.
Harold van den Broek, Chief Financial Officer of HEINEKEN, said the new centre will help improve efficiency and enable more digitally driven ways of working across the company. He added that expanding the global business services network will bring better productivity and consistency.

Ákos Magyari, Senior Director at HEINEKEN Business Services, said the Hyderabad centre reflects the company’s long-term vision of building a connected global network. He highlighted that Hyderabad offers strong expertise in digital technologies, artificial intelligence, and business services, making it a strategic location for expansion.

The HBS India Centre will handle a range of functions, including finance operations, digital and technology services, data analytics, and business process transformation. Built to meet HEINEKEN’s global workplace standards, the facility is designed to promote collaboration, innovation, and talent development.
The Hyderabad centre will also play a key role in HEINEKEN’s future growth plans. The company aims to expand its global business services workforce to around 3,000 roles across all locations by 2030.
