The Adie Broswon Group has entered the Indian whisky market with the launch of Kingpin Whisky across Delhi, Punjab and Chandigarh, expanding its alcoholic beverage portfolio and strengthening its presence in the Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) segment. The launch comes amid continued growth in India’s whisky market, with brands focusing on distinctive flavour profiles, accessible pricing and multiple packaging options to cater to diverse consumer preferences. According to IWSR data cited by the company, India’s beverage alcohol volumes grew by 4% in 2025, while Indian whisky volumes also recorded 4% growth during the year.
Kingpin Whisky is crafted using a blend of malts and Indian grain spirits, combining malt character with the smoothness of grain-based spirits. The product undergoes maturation and filtration to develop a flavour profile featuring smoky notes and hints of tobacco and honey. According to the company, the whisky aims to deliver a balanced yet distinctive drinking experience. The brand is positioned around the tagline “Live Bold. Drink Bold.” and features royal blue and gold packaging, complemented by a crown-inspired insignia.

Kingpin Whisky Price and Pack Sizes are designed to address different consumer preferences across its initial markets. The brand is available in seven pack sizes: 1,000 ml, 750 ml, 500 ml, 375 ml, 180 ml, 90 ml and 60 ml. The 750 ml bottle is priced at ₹500 in Delhi, ₹530 in Chandigarh and ₹750 in Punjab, reflecting variations in state-level taxation and liquor pricing structures.
