New Delhi: Almost Oktoberfest has opened on a strong note at BeeYoung Brewgarden, South Delhi, with the first day of the seven-day beer festival recording nearly three times the outlet’s average Friday beer revenue. The festival, which runs from September 25 to October 1, is BeeYoung Brewgarden’s own take on Munich’s iconic Oktoberfest, combining craft beer, food, music, games and interactive experiences with a distinctly Indian and BeeYoung-style celebration.
The opening day saw strong participation from guests, with popular games such as Beer Pong, Flip the Bottle and Catch the Cup becoming key attractions throughout the evening. According to the organisers, the games helped bring together different groups of visitors, with guests joining tables, cheering for other participants and creating a lively social atmosphere. The response reflects the growing appeal of experiential beer festivals, where entertainment and social interaction complement the beer and food offerings.
Almost Oktoberfest also features a specially curated food menu designed around creative beer pairings. The menu includes dishes such as Keema Dog, Sichuan Wontons and Takatak Tostadas, while the beverage lineup features beer cocktails including Bavarian Apple, Mango Harvest, Rice Beer Cooler and Belgian Honey Ale.

Abhinav Jindal, Founder and CEO of Kimaya Himalayan Beverages and Mr Gopal Joshi, Secratary General of All India Brewers Association marked this special occasion with his presence for “The First Pour”. Master Brewer Mr. Gaurav showcased various beers specially crafted for this occasion. said the strong opening has set the tone for the remainder of the festival. He added that while the organisers expect business numbers to grow over the remaining six days, the larger objective is to create memorable experiences and encourage guests to interact and make new connections.
With six more days of celebrations remaining, BeeYoung Brewgarden expects the momentum to continue, with additional games, performances and experiences planned during the festival. Almost Oktoberfest is being held from September 25 to October 1 at BeeYoung Brewgarden in South Delhi..
