Hong Kong/India, Sep 18, 2025 – DeVANS’ flagship beer, Godfather Super 8, has clinched the Gold Medal in the Strong Lager category at the Asia Beer Challenge 2025 in Hong Kong. The prestigious competition, judged through a triple-blind tasting by leading beer experts and buyers, places the Indian strong lager among Asia’s best.
Launched in 1984, Godfather Super 8 is one of India’s earliest 8% ABV strong lagers. Despite its strength, the beer is known for its smooth taste and consistent quality, brewed with carefully selected ingredients.
