Jagatjit Industries Limited has appointed Robin Jaggi as Associate Director – Manufacturing, effective August 11, 2026. In his new role, Jaggi will be responsible for strengthening the company’s manufacturing capabilities, improving operational efficiency, driving process optimization and supporting its long-term business and strategic objectives.
Robin Jaggi brings more than 22 years of experience in manufacturing operations, plant leadership, productivity enhancement, new product introduction, process improvement, systems implementation and supply chain management. Before joining Jagatjit Industries, he served as Regional Manufacturing Head – North and West at Britannia Industries Limited, where he oversaw production and manufacturing operations supporting domestic as well as export businesses.
Prior to Britannia Industries, Jaggi was Vice President – Operations at Haldiram Snacks Pvt. Ltd., where he led manufacturing operations and business process initiatives. He also served as Cluster Head – South, Integrated Supply Chain Centres at Jubilant FoodWorks, managing supply chain and operational functions across the region.
Jaggi spent more than eight years with Pernod Ricard India, where he progressed from Unit Head to Regional Manufacturing Manager. During his tenure, he gained extensive experience in manufacturing leadership, plant operations, productivity improvement and performance management. Earlier in his career, he worked with Britannia Industries Limited as Senior Manager and held roles at Dabur Lanka Pvt. Ltd. as Project Head and Dabur India Limited in technical and operational positions.

With a strong track record in manufacturing leadership, operational excellence, process optimization, productivity improvement and new product implementation, Jaggi’s appointment is expected to further strengthen Jagatjit Industries’ manufacturing and operational capabilities.
