Monika Alcobev Limited, a leading importer and distributor of premium wines and spirits in India, has officially listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). This makes it the first company of its kind in the premium alcohol segment to go public with its unique business model.
The company’s Initial Public Offering (IPO) received an overwhelming response — oversubscribed by 4.1 times — and raised ₹165.63 crore. Major institutional investors showed strong interest, underlining growing faith in the premium liquor market in India.

Operating in 24 states and over 170 cities, Monika Alcobev has built a strong national presence. While it’s well-established in major cities, it is now growing rapidly in North India, which the company sees as a major growth area.

The company supplies to top hotel chains, premium retail outlets, and high-end bars across cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Bangalore, and Guwahati.

With its stock market listing, Monika Alcobev now plans to strengthen its brand partnerships, speed up its growth, and continue reshaping how India enjoys premium alcoholic beverages.
