Gurugram emerged as the top contributor, bringing in ₹3,875 crore—around 27% of the state’s total liquor revenue. Faridabad followed with ₹1,696 crore (12%).

Other high-revenue districts include:

  • Sonepat: ₹1,066 crore

  • Rewari: ₹654 crore

  • Hisar: ₹615 crore

  • Karnal: ₹612 crore

  • Panipat: ₹605 crore

Even Yamunanagar, which saw limited participation in previous auctions, showed significant improvement, earning ₹439.88 crore—up from ₹237.81 crore last year.

According to a spokesperson from the Excise and Taxation Department, quick and effective actions by law enforcement against criminal elements helped speed up the auction process across the state.
