On Wednesday, Excise Minister Kollu Ravindra announced that the Andhra Pradesh government is implementing new standards and procedures to ensure liquor quality. As part of this initiative, the government will introduce 13 new testing parameters to evaluate the blending process and the quality of extra-neutral alcohol used in liquor production.
