BJP workers stage protest against new excise policy

New Delhi, Jan 11 (UNI) Delhi Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) workers on Tuesday
staged protests across 300 locations in the national capital against the new excise policy
of Delhi government.

The protest was led by Delhi BJP president Adesh Gupta at New Delhi Railway Station.
Gupta said “Kejriwal government is encouraging alcoholism here while in Punjab he talks about prohibition.”

He warned that the BJP is not going be cowed down by Kejriwal’s “dictatorial attitude” when it comes to exposing his “anti people” policies.

Gupta said that it is the same Kejriwal who used to talk a lot about women’s safety and even now is giving them false assurances in poll bound states, but did he ever think about whether women and children would feel safe with these shops coming up in residential areas.
