Radico Khaitan, a well-known name in India’s liquor industry, has given its popular 8PM Premium Black Whisky a fresh new look. The new packaging is designed to highlight the brand’s rich legacy, craftsmanship, and consistent quality.
Originally launched in 2018, 8PM Premium Black quickly became a favorite, selling over 12 million cases. The redesigned bottle now features an octagonal neck and the words “SINCE 1998” embossed on it — a nod to the brand’s 27-year journey.
A key highlight of the update is the bold “Art of Eight” label, which represents the whisky’s eight tasting notes: Malty, Fruity, Floral, Spicy, Dried Fruits, Smokey, Sweet, and Woody. The new look aims to reflect the whisky’s premium nature and lasting appeal.
“Our belief is that ‘Life begins at 8PM’ — it’s a time for meaningful conversations and connection,” said Managing Director Abhishek Khaitan. He added that the updated design reflects this philosophy with a blend of style and substance.
Now available in 25 states, 8PM Premium Black Whisky continues to stand out in the market. It has earned awards like the Monde Selection Gold Award and is recognized as one of the fastest-growing whisky brands in the world.
