Allied Blenders Posts Rs 79 Crore Profit in Q4FY25, Marks Strong Growth Across the Board

Allied Blenders and Distillers Ltd (ABD)—India’s largest homegrown spirits company by volume—has reported a strong set of results for the fourth quarter and full financial year ending March 2025.

🚀 Big Financial Gains in FY25

  • Annual Revenue: Rs 3,541 crore (up 6.2% from last year)

  • Annual Profit (PAT): Rs 195 crore, a massive jump from just Rs 2 crore in FY24

  • EBITDA: Rs 451 crore (up 81.7%)

📊 Q4 Performance

  • Revenue: Rs 935 crore (up 21.4% YoY)

  • Quarterly Profit: Rs 79 crore (compared to Rs 2 crore loss in Q4FY24)

  • EBITDA: Rs 150 crore (up 141.5% YoY)

  • EBITDA Margin: Improved to 16.1% from 8.1% a year ago

ABD has now delivered three consecutive profitable quarters since its IPO in July 2024.

🍾 Premium Products Drive Growth

ABD’s premium segment—Prestige and Above (P&A)—now makes up 42.4% of total volume and over 51% of the company’s total revenue.

  • ICONiQ White, dubbed the world’s fastest-growing spirits brand in 2023, sold 5.7 million cases in FY25 (up 151% YoY).

  • New high-end offerings such as Arthaus Blended Malt Scotch Whisky and Zoya Gin are rapidly expanding into new states and markets.

  • ABD completed its acquisition of Woodburns Indian Whisky in January 2025.

🎬 Star Power and New Ventures

In April 2025, ABD teamed up with actor Ranveer Singh to launch a new venture—ABD Maestro Pvt Ltd, aimed at launching luxury and super-premium brands.

🏗️ Investments and Expansion

  • ABD’s new ENA distillery in Maharashtra is now running at full capacity.

  • New PET bottling and malt facilities are under construction in Telangana and are expected to be completed by FY26.

  • The company has also partnered with CRISIL for a Governance and Value Creation (GVC) assessment to align with global best practices.

🌍 Global Reach

  • Exports expanded from 14 countries in FY24 to 23 countries in FY25.

  • ICONiQ White is now available in five international markets.

  • Zoya Gin will launch in the UAE in Q1FY26.

  • ABD has secured export permissions to Canada and the European Union.

🏆 Awards and Recognition

  • Won 5 awards at INDSPIRIT 2025, including Company of the Year.

  • Arthaus Scotch won three awards, and Zoya’s Watermelon Gin was named Best Flavoured Gin.

  • At the 2025 Icons of Spirits Awards, ABD was recognized as a top Distiller of the Year.
