United Breweries Limited (UBL) has just given beer lovers something new to cheer about with the launch of Kingfisher Flavours — two refreshing new variants: Lemon Masala and Mango Berry Twist. Inspired by the vibrant energy of Indian street culture, these new beers offer a modern, flavorful twist, adding a fresh dimension to Kingfisher’s iconic image.
Kingfisher Flavours combines innovation with today’s consumer taste for bold, premium experiences. During product testing, Lemon Masala and Mango Berry Twist quickly became clear favorites, with their street-style vibe and unique Indian flavors. The new range aims to attract a new generation of drinkers who enjoy experimenting and take pride in local tastes.
Talking about the launch, Vikram Bahl, Chief Marketing Officer of United Breweries, said,
“Kingfisher – The King of Good Times – has always been about creating exciting experiences for our consumers. With Kingfisher Flavours, we’re channeling the lively street culture of India and bringing it to life in a way that resonates with Gen Z. Lemon Masala and Mango Berry Twist are a true celebration of local flavors and the spirit of adventure. We’re confident that those who love trying something refreshingly different will embrace these new beers.”
Right now, Kingfisher Flavours is available in Goa and Daman, but United Breweries plans to roll it out across more regions very soon.
The launch event in Mumbai was a lively affair, featuring performances and collaborations from popular artists. Karan Kanchan unveiled a special music anthem, “Ohh La La Leo,” while Rhea Chakraborty’s Chapter 2 Drip introduced their “Kings of the Street” merchandise. Knickgasm showcased customized sneakers, and graffiti artist NME revealed striking life-size installations, all adding to the street culture vibe that inspired Kingfisher Flavours.
