New Delhi, April 24, 2025 – Globus Spirits Ltd., the company behind the popular Terai Gin and the newly launched Dōaab Single Malt, is planning to expand into new areas of the craft alcohol market. The company aims to explore categories like beer and introduce more variants of its single malt whisky as part of its broader strategy to diversify and strengthen its presence in the premium beverage space.
According to Shekhar Swarup, Joint Managing Director at Globus Spirits, the craft spirits division is now the company’s fastest-growing segment. With Indian consumers increasingly leaning toward premium and craft alcohol options, the company sees major potential for growth in this area.
For the current fiscal year, Globus Spirits is targeting production of around 20,000 to 25,000 cases of its Dōaab India Craft Whisky, which has already made a strong impression in the luxury spirits market.
In short, Globus Spirits is doubling down on its commitment to innovation and quality in the alco-bev sector, responding to the rising demand for unique, homegrown craft drinks.
