Triveni Engineering Wins Awards for Premium Whiskies
NOIDA, India, Oct. 28, 2024 — Triveni Engineering & Industries Ltd., a leading sugar and engineered gearbox manufacturer, has received accolades at the Spiritz Achievers’ Awards 2024 for its premium whisky brands. The Crafters Stamp Rare Artisan Blended Whisky won the Grand Gold award, while Matsya Triple Reserve Blended Whisky secured a Silver award. Both brands competed in the whisky category priced between INR 501 and INR 1000, highlighting their exceptional quality and craftsmanship.
The Crafters Stamp, priced at INR 950 for a 750 ml bottle, features a unique blend of Scotch malts and Indian spirits, delivering a rich flavor profile with notes of floral, toffee, and oak. Matsya, available for INR 690, offers a smooth finish with deep vanilla and honey flavors.
Triveni’s Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Tarun Sawhney, expressed pride in the recognition achieved just three months after launching these brands. He emphasized the company’s commitment to quality and innovation in the Indian whisky market, aiming to cater to the tastes of modern consumers.
Bharat Gandhi, Vice President of Operations for Triveni, noted that the awards reflect their strategy to appeal to younger audiences, particularly Gen Z and Millennials, who value quality and memorable experiences.
The awards ceremony was attended by industry leaders and recognized for its rigorous selection process, featuring over 400 entries evaluated by a distinguished jury.
Triveni launched The Crafters Stamp and Matsya in July 2024 across 25 districts in Uttar Pradesh, with plans for further expansion.
