The Brewer World Conclave 2023 in association with its sponsors Fermentis, Lallemand, Leiu, CHR Hansen, Pall, Hydro has organised this event for the beer enthusiasts, beer community with its very popular event. According to the organisers the real aim behind organizing this event is to connect, conduct and network the beer community of India. It invited experts of Beer industry and manufacturers to exhibit their latest innovations, technology and share their platform with the new entrepreneurs and the existing industry owners.
The second edition of ‘Brewer World Conclave 2023’ this year was successfully held from 23rd to 25th February at KTPO, Bengaluru.
The award evening included recognition of the beer industry key personalities like Mr. Abhinav Jindal founder of ‘Bee Young’ beer a product of Kimaya Himalayan Beverages LLP, Bira 91, BrewDog.
The event was held in KTPO Convention Centre, Bengaluru where participators engaged in live panel discussion on various topics.
In addition to the expo, the conference featured more than 35 speakers, including head and upcoming brewers, who shared their insights and experiences with industry professionals. The conference began with the welcome note and was followed by power-packed workshops from leading companies such as Lallemand, Fermentis & Ellerslie Hops. Panel discussions consisted of some of the most prominent brewers in India, including Ketan Malhotra, Varsha Bhatt, Kajal Manchanda, Vignesh Muralidharan, Manu Mishra, and others.
Anitha Raghunath, Director at Virgo Communication, the event organizers, stated that the BW Conclave 2023 provided a fantastic opportunity for the industry to connect and explore the bright future of the Indian beer and brewing sector. The Beer of India Awards 2023 was another highlight of the event, which honored the excellence in beers produced in India. Through a blind-tasting judging process, the awards ceremony created by Brewer World recognized the best beers in India based on factors such as color, aroma, flavor, mouthfeel, and overall impression. The judges choose the top brews that follow the 2015 BJCP Style Guidelines, was sincere, and stood out. The Beer of India Awards 2023 aimed to recognize and promote the best of India’s craft beer industry.
