On the instructions of Assistant Commissioner of Excise Department, Indore Rajnarayan Sonia continuous raids are being organised in different parts of Indore district in past consecutive days.
Sub inspector Nitin ahsapure arrested a lady smuggler ratan bai wife of shankargoud resident of rambagindore and confiscated around 426 units of country made liquor.
In the second raid SI Meera Singh arrested shyam Mewada riding Honda Activa carrying two bags fill ed with country made liquor and confiscated around 59.60 litres of country made liquor on the Malwa Mill road.
In the third raid in Manpur, Hasalpur villages of Mhow tehsil, the Excise team registered around 11 cases and destroyed 200 litres of hand furnace liquor and 6000 kgs of Mahualahan.
In the fourth raid the Excise department team raided at the smuggler Vishal Lodhi’s house in Govind Nagar area of Indore city and confiscated 310 units of country made liquor.
The Excise department team filed the case in the section 34 (1) 34 (2) 34 (1) F in all the cases.
Indore Excise controller Rajeev Dwivedi, SI Nitin Ashapure, SI Meera Singh, SI Shalini Singh, SI Manish Rathore and other officials led the different trap teams.
